Public Events at Belle Grove Plantation
Come join us at Belle Grove Plantation during some of our exciting Special Public Events! From Living History with historic performers to Afternoon Teas and VIP Dinners, there is something for the whole family!
Come experience the pleasures of the palate from featured Virginia Wineries, Distilleries, Craft Beers, and an assortment of Food Trucks. Returning for another great year enjoy Live Classic Rock Music with Double Down RVA, hosted by our Master of Ceremonies, Impressionist John Monforto (Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash and Rocky Balboa). Food Trucks for all tastes and Local Made Specialty Vendors with treasures to take home with you.
This year, the Spirits Festival brings Vegas to King George! Enjoy our Casino while you visit our local vendors! Don’t worry! You won’t lose your shirt at our Casino. When you purchase your Spirits Festival Ticket, you will receive $100 in Belle Grove Bucks to use at our Casino Tables! Try your luck at Blackjack, Craps or the Roulette Wheel. Go bust? No worries, you can purchase more Belle Grove Bucks and help our nonprofit, the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation! Tickets Door Prizes to be given with each additional purchase of Belle Grove Bucks.

VIP Ticket will be sold as a Table. Each table will seat up to 8 people. Gather your friends and make a day of it while you help support Belle Grove Plantation!
All proceeds from this event go to benefit the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation. This non-profit organization is committed to assist in the preservation, restoration, improvement, maintenance, and education of the public about Belle Grove Plantation and its amazing American History. Belle Grove Plantation, birthplace of President James Madison, is a historic Virginia Landmark set on a sprawling 694 acres. Walk in the steps of history while enjoying the beauty of the grounds.
Bring your lawn chair and tent or shelter and enjoy an afternoon on the banks of the Rappahannock River. Tents & Shelters must be weighted and secured or will be asked to be removed.
Help the James Madison Belle Grove Foundation raise the needed funds to bring the Spirits Festival to the community! We will be holding our Annual Spirits Festival Online from July 1st to August 1st with the proceeds benefiting the Spirits Festival. Our Spirits Festival draws people from Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. In 2021, we had over 1,000 attending guests. We are looking for Specialty Vendors that are local, small businesses that make their own product or local artist. We are sorry, but we do not accept direct sales for the Spirits Festival. We are looking for Food Truck Vendors that can touch any culinary taste. We are looking for Local Wineries, Distilleries and Breweries. Tickets include access to the festival, free sample glass, wines and distilled spirits samples, great live music, and delicious food options. Parking is free. We encourage you to bring lawn chairs, tents, and blankets. Historic Mansion Tours are not included in the ticket price. Historic Mansion Tour Tickets will be available at the festival.
Advance VIP Tickets (21 years or older) – On or before July 10th – $500.00
Advance Tasting Tickets (21 years or older) – On or before July 10th – $25.00
Advance General Admission Tickets (20 years and under or DD) – On or before July 10th – $10.00
VIP Tickets (21 years or older) – after July 10th – $550.00
Tasting Tickets (21 years or older) – after July 10th – $35.00
General Admission Tickets (20 years and under or DD) – after July 10th – $20.00
You will receive $100 in Belle Grove Bucks to play casino with. Purchase more in advance and we will have it ready for you to enjoy! Get $100 Belle Grove Bucks for $20.00 plus receive 5 raffle tickets for door prizes! Belle Grove Bucks are not real currency and may not be exchanged for cash.
